How to Sign Up and Login to Hamraaz Portal?
- Visit the official site hamraazmp8.gov.in.
- Select the ‘Sign Up’ button located on the navigation bar.
- You will now see the ‘Sign Up’ box on the screen. Enter your PAN card details and fill in the correct captcha, then click the ‘Submit’ button.
- Authenticate/verify the account while using the employment ID or email.
- Enter the date on which you enrolled in the DDMMYY format.
- Verify if the details are correct.
- To strengthen the account, a more robust password is essential (it is advisable to use a special character or number along with a few letters).
- Choose a security question and answer the same.
Finally, you have to click on “Submit”, which is how the registration is completed.
Hamraaz Personal Login
It is easy to do a personal login. The following are the steps:
- Once a soldier has an account, through the following steps, they can log in.
- Go to the official website of Hamraaz.
- Search for the “Personal Login” section.
- Enter User ID (Pan Card number).
- Type the password.
- Finally, click “login” or “Submit”
Hamraaz PaySlip Form 16 Download Online
Once you log into Hamraaz:
- Search for the “PaySlip/Form 16” option right in the menu and click on it.
- Choose the month that you want the payslip for (to be downloaded)
- Click on “Download PaySlip”
- The PaySlip will be downloaded in the PDF format.
Here, it would be required to have a password to open the PDF. The password comprises the following:
- The first 4 letters of the PAN Card
- Enrollment Date in DD/MM/YY

If the PAN of the soldier is JKLM and the joining date is 26th January 2010, then the password will be JKLM26/01/10.
