HRMS, or the Human Resource Management System, popularly called SBI HRMS, provides detailed services online, such as salary slips, pension details, and PF-related issues. It was launched in 2017 to cut short the long and pending concerns of its present and retired State Bank of India employees. Initially, it started with one bank, but later on, 7 other banks were merged, namely:

How to Register in the HRMS SBI Portal?
- Visit the official website: hrms.sbi
- You will see the “Login” option at the top right corner of the page, so click on it.
- You will get a page with the User ID and Password. Your Provident Fund Index Number will be your User ID. Your password is “sbi123“, so type in a smaller case.
- Click on “Login” below to access the features. You will see a “Home Page”
Note: Always change your password after you have logged in for the first time and write it down somewhere that is not accessible to others.

SBI HRMS Portal: Steps to Get Pension Slip
- Now, you have your Home Page’s access
- Click on the “Pensioner Self-Service” button to update your personal information.
- Once successfully done, update information in the menu on the left where you can see “Current Communication Details”
- Once you enter the required details, click on “Submit” and click on the menu to enter “PAN Number“. (Usually, the bank fills it, but in exceptional cases, if it is wrong, then update it and save it)
- You can see the “Pension Slip” and print it accordingly if you need to keep it as a record.
